Klondike Park Camping
Enjoy a relaxing weekend camping under the stars at Klondike Park, 250 acres off of Route 94 between Defiance and Augusta, in Missouri’s scenic wine country. Klondike Park offers a chance to reconnect with nature and the outdoors. The camp features six cabins that sleep eight (one is handicapped accessible), as well as 10 basic campsites and 31 primitive sites. A shower house and restrooms are open April through October. The built-in camp kitchen has a stove, a sink, stainless steel countertops and electrical outlets. In addition to the overnight facilities, the park includes miles of natural-surface and paved trails, which connect to the historic Katy Trail; the Bluff Walking Trail, where you see tremendous views of the birding/wildflower area; fishing in the large lake; a group council ring area, which features a large fire pit.
