About Me

Since I was knee-high to a grasshopper, I’ve been a fan of smoked, smothered and dry-rubbed meats. I’d talk all day about what makes Missouri barbeque so special, but I recommend you try it for yourself. Holler if you need a wet nap — I keep a full supply on hand.
