Meant to be a different BBQ experience than all the others. From the use of local ingredients, to the awesome culinary exploits of the world-trained chefs and pitmasters, the BBQ we make is unconventional.
We’re smoking the standards and trying new things. In addition to all the usual barbecue specialties, how about a brisket cheesesteak, smoked fried artichokes and pork belly hush puppies. And you gotta try the chocolate peanut butter bourbon shake and our famous crack pie.
