Schlafly Bottleworks is a unique restaurant, featuring fresh meats and produce procured from local farmers and from our on-site garden. Live music is often scheduled inside, and in our large outdoor biergarten.
The facility is Schlafly’s main production brewery. Free, guided tours are given, Fri.-Sun., noon-5 p.m.. See how we handcraft each batch of Schlafly beer. The tour begins in our museum exhibit, which is dedicated to the rich brewing history of the city of St. Louis. From there you walk through our brewery and see every step of the brewing process, from the finest ingredients to the fermentation cellar.
The tour concludes with free samples (must be 21+) of several styles of fresh Schlafly beer.
