As the warmth of august lingers, join us for an unforgettable evening on the terrace celebrating the season at its finest.
Chef Roland Parny has created a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu with wines selected that will highlight the flavors of late summer. From the first pour to the final course, this menu has been selected to create a memorable dining experience enhanced by live music as we welcome Rebecca White to serenade you as you enjoy a serenely sultry evening on the vineyard terrace.

First Course – Salad Berrichon (lettuce, lentil, egg, tomato, and vinaigrette)
Second Course – Seafood Croustade – (pastry, selected seafood)
Third Course – Beef Bourguinon – (choice beef, pommes rissoles provencale), side of sauteed vegetables
Fourth Course – Tarte Maison (Chef’s creation of fruit tart)
We will be offering 3 wine pairing and a digestif at the end of the meal.
Cocktail hour 4:00 – 5:15pm on the lower and flagstone terraces (optional)
Dinner 5:30pm on the Vineyard Terrace
