Learn, hands-on, the German tradition of sausage making. Join the three-time Hall of Fame Wurstmeister Mike Sloan for this VIP event that’s informative and entertaining.
The class covers topics such as cold-smoked vs. hot-smoked, natural fermentation vs. artificial fermentation, natural casings vs. collagen casings and much more. Many of you only make sausage once or twice a year and if it did not turn out right, it takes months before you get to try it again. With Wurstmeister Mike’s expertise, this class will help cut your mistakes and save you years of trial and error.
The class will begin at 5 p.m. and last approximately 2-2.5 hours. Tickets are $99 and include a wurst meal with one free drink, a Wurst Haus goody bag, 10% off in-store purchases (excludes liquor and any in-store specials), and roughly 2-3 pounds of sausage (made in class).
