ROBERT NELSON is back in the Legends Room once again, bringing us a repertoire of jazz. His golden voice is a unique blend of standard jazz tones similar to Joe Williams and Johnny Hartman, with 50s and 60s Rat Pack vibrato of Dean Martin and melancholy emotion of Johnny Mathis, 60s and 70s soulful jazz reminiscent of Sam Cooke, Lou Rawls and Natalie Cole, as well as more modern and smooth jazz styles of Gregory Porter, Kurt Elling, Will Downing, and Leslie Odom Jr.
