Love Letters by A.R. Gurney

A Pulitzer-Prize finalist, Love Letters is the tender story of childhood friends who maintain a written corresponsdence over six decades.  Even while physically apart, they are as close as two lovers could ever be.  Love Letters is a perennial favorite for leading couples on Broadway because of its masterful script and capacity to evoke powerful emotions.  Jason Robards, Jane Curtin, Stockard Channing, Richard Thomas and Elizabeth Montgomery are just a few of the big names who have starred in this play since it debuted in 1988.  Now, Clark Cruikshank directs BCT alumni Tim Callahan (Forgottonia) and Ashley Love (Misery) in our own adaptation of this classic.
