Studio 54oo and Vine Street Studio invite practitioners, educators, creatives, wellness leaders, and community advocates to submit session proposals for the 2026 Vine Street Wellness Conference—a one-day gathering dedicated to restoring balance, nurturing creativity, and strengthening community well-being.

We invite you to come to this community event. Stay for the entire conference or just choose a session that speaks to your personal or professional life!

Call for Proposals

This year’s theme centers on the ways we care for ourselves, our work, and one another. We welcome proposals that educate, inspire, uplift, and offer participants meaningful tools they can apply immediately in their personal and professional lives. Come prepared to present for 30+ minutes and respond to questions.

Conference Focus Areas

We are seeking proposals that align with one of the following three themes:

1. Healing the Healer

Sessions that support those who care for others—therapists, educators, artists, activists, wellness practitioners, and community leaders. Topics may include:

  • Preventing burnout and compassion fatigue
  • Somatic practices for grounding and restoration
  • Trauma-informed self-care
  • Boundary setting and ethical care
  • Creating sustainable wellness routines for helpers and healers

2. Day-to-Day Wellness

Workshops and talks offering practical, accessible approaches to everyday well-being. Topics may include:

  • Stress management for busy professionals
  • Nutrition, movement and lifestyle habits
  • Mental health tools for daily use
  • Financial wellness and life balance
  • Mindfulness, meditation and breathwork
  • Family or workplace wellness strategies

3. Art as Wellness

Explorations of creativity as a path to healing, reflection and community connection. Topics may include:

  • Expressive arts therapy
  • Music, dance or movement for emotional release
  • Visual arts for mindfulness
  • Writing and storytelling for personal growth
  • Creative practices for stress reduction
  • Community-based art for collective healing

Only ethically positive, uplifting & inclusive proposals will be considered.

Proposal Types

We welcome a variety of formats, including:

  • Workshops (interactive)
  • Talks/Presentations (informational)
  • Creative Sessions (movement, artmaking, sound)
  • Panel Discussions (multiple speakers)

Proposal Requirements

Please include the following:

  1. Session Title
  2. Focus Area (Healing the Healer, Day-to-Day Wellness, or Art as Wellness)
  3. Presenter Name, Bio (150 words), and Contact Information
  4. Session Format (workshop, presentation, creative session, or panel)
  5. Session Description (150–250 words)
  6. Learning Outcomes (3–5 clear takeaways for participants)
  7. Space/Materials Needed
  8. Any relevant links or previous work
  9. Do you need technology to present?
