On June 20, our chef will be using his creativity putting together a fresh and tasty wine paired dinner, highlighting items picked from the garden.
MENU
First Course – Fresh picked greens, parsley, mint, micro greens, thinly sliced red onions, shaved multi-colored radishes, and diced garden tomatoes. Sprinkled with Feta & drizzled with house-made lemon olive oil dressing. – Paired with Hellbender Blanc
Second Course – Grilled tender lamb kababs from a local farm with tzatziki (Cucumber Dill) sauce served with roasted Summer vegetables with Cous-Cous. – Paired with Chambourcin
Third Course – House-made galette from fresh farmers’ market fruits & puff pastry. – Paired with Demi Sec
