Join us on Friday June 12, 2026, for a 3-course wine-paired dinner sourced by local producers and prepared by our Vintage Restaurant Chef. The menu will feature fresh, seasonal Missouri farmed products paired with our delicious Missouri grown wines.

- First Course – Caprese salad – fresh garden ripe tomatoes with mozzarella and fresh basil served with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar ~~ paired with Dry Rose
- Second Course – Creamy Summer Risotto with local seasonal veggies topped with locally sourced grilled pasture-raised chicken and finished with garlic, parmesan, Vidal wine, herbs, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Veggies will be what is freshest that week; possibilities include: blistered snap peas, grilled corn, grilled summer squash and zucchini, fresh spinach ~~ paired with Hellbender Blanc
- Third Course – created in-house by our pastry chef from local farm market fruits; possibilities include: peaches, blueberries, rhubarb, strawberries, raspberries, cherries ~~ paired with Demi-sec sparkling wine
