Kansas City Power and Light District

This entertainment district has reenergized downtown, creating an entertainment, retail and dining hot spot for visitors and conventioneers. It transforms itself from a unique lunch and retail destination by day, to an exciting dining and entertainment experience in the evening.

Offering more than a half million square feet, the Power & Light District is one of the Midwest’s prime entertainment areas, with more than 50 unique restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment venues, including the Sprint Center.

Located downtown, between the Convention Center and the Sprint Arena, this vibrant, eight-block neighborhood includes a variety of boutiques and an array of cuisines at the restaurants and cafes.

For those looking for a fun night on the town, check out KC Live: an entertainment plaza with two levels of high-energy bars, restaurants, nightclubs and live entertainment.
