An outstanding Frank Lloyd Wright designed house, with original Frank Lloyd Wright furniture. In a park-like setting. This 1,900-square-foot residence was the architect’s first building in the St. Louis area, and is one of only five Wright designs in Missouri. It is an excellent example of Wright’s democratic vision, intended to provide middle-class Americans with beautiful architecture at an affordable cost.
Reservations should be made by phone, at least one week in advance; longer is better. Tours: $10; children 7-12, $5. Children must be at least seven years old to tour the house.
