St. Louis Shakespeare Festival presents free and outdoor Shakespeare theater and works inspired by his legacy of storytelling. Since 2001, the festival has grown from producing the mainstage production of Shakespeare in the Park at Forest Park to a full summer season of impactful theater in exciting outdoor venues throughout the St. Louis region. The festival’s artistic programs reach more than 50,000 patrons annually and have reached over one million since 2001.
