This area of the District in downtown Columbia contains more than 100 artists and studios. There are dance studios, recording studios, interior design and home goods shops, music and live performance venues, galleries, a music school, many art studios, nightclubs, a theatre, cafes, a distillery, coffee roasters and shops, jewelers, a yoga studio, a farmers and artisan market on Sundays; and more on the horizon. It is a bohemian paradise!

Bounded by Walnut and Ash streets, between College Avenue and Ninth Street.
