This deck lets you see the workings of Lock and Dam 20 which was constructed by the US Army Corps of Engineers and is on the National Register of Historic Places.  You will get an up close look at the barges and other watercraft locking through the Dam and on a good day you’ll see a variety of birds and waterfowl, including eagles in the winter.
