At Leaky Roof Meadery, we aim to change the way people think about mead. Mead is wine made from honey (is not always as sweet as it sounds); it can be flavored by the addition of juices and spices. The mead is slightly carbonated.
We use an organic wildflower honey as a base and add real fruit and spices to enhance the flavors. We offer several flavors in our tasting room. We do not serve food, but you are welcome to bring a picnic.
