Just A Taste is not your normal bar. We are a full-service “tasting center” and bottle shop. Our philosophy stems from our desire to learn and to teach others. Our goal is to introduce you to as many new things as possible; to break you out of your “drinking rut,” if you will.
We will offer a wide range of classic Italian, French, Spanish, German, and American wines as well as many from South America, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. Along with wines, we have an extensive, rotating beer bottle and draught list that encompasses the many styles and seasons of beer.
We also boast the most extensive spirits and cocktail menu in the area. Our highly trained bar staff are ready to serve you one of our many Signature Cocktails, or give us a starting point, and let us create the beverage of your dreams.
If all that wasn’t enough, we will also be offering some small plate, “tapas” style dishes along with charcuterie boards that will accentuate your beverage of choice.

Or, for the more adventurous, join one of our wine, beer, or spirit clubs. Each club is hand-picked by our in-house Sommelier or Certified Beer Server to ensure only the best offerings. Also, if you’re looking to begin building your own cellar, we offer a Locker Membership as an add-on to your club of choice. With the lockers, we handle the cellaring of your beverages for you in our rough-hewn stone cellar where the temperature is perfect for housing your liquors until you come back by to share them with friends.
