Hugo’s Pizzeria serves Roman-style pies with a focus on unique flavorful sauces, fresh ingredients and house made crust, baked from scratch daily in the gas-fired deck oven. The sauce recipe has been perfected with just the right balance of sweetness, spice and flavorful herbs. Our chefs make own their pepperoni including local grass fed beef, buffalo chicken and even a vegan pepperoni. Many of our ingredients are locally sourced, and some are harvested straight from our Micro Farm. Gluten-free and vegan options available.
