417 South Main St. was a stagecoach inn and tavern stop on the St. Louis-Des Moines, IA route. Restoration of the 1828 building began in 1969, and the brick structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy displays of a wide variety of historic items; free admission.
