We use only the freshest ingredients, obtained from local sources whenever possible. Our hamburgers and steaks come from locally raised cattle—no steroids, hormones or antibiotics—always fresh, never frozen. Our menu changes frequently in order to bring you the freshest, tastiest bounty the season has to offer. The restaurant’s atmosphere is a cross between casual-dining and a neighborhood coffee shop. In the background, the Internet-based KC Cafe Radio plays music by local performers. There is live music on many Friday evenings and most Saturday afternoons.
