We serve dry-rub style barbecue; ribs are our specialty. Other items include pork steak, pulled pork sandwiches, beef brisket and smoked turkey. Barbecue chicken is on the menu every Wednesday. Drive-thru and call-ahead available; catering and limited delivery available.
Meats are slow-smoked (briskets up to 15 hours) in wood-burning barbecue pits.
