The Bootheel Youth Museum offers exciting, inventive and educational fun for children. Stand inside a bubble; “freeze” your shadow on a wall; make it rain in the VR sandbox; learn about the tiny world of Nanotechnology; make music on sewer pipes – these are just a few of the experiences kids enjoy here.

Visitors will experience the museum’s many exhibits by exploring the worlds of math, science, human relations, natural resources and the arts. “Sun, Earth, Universe” features interactive, hands-on exhibits for people of all ages and was developed by NISEnet.org.

Visit the hands on lab, which encourages creative thinking skills and cool science. There are fun activities for the child in all of us.
