Phat Thai, the quintessential Thai dish, is a speciality.Contrary to popular belief, not all dishes have to be made so hot that you cannot enjoy the dish — you may chose from our hotness scale (1, mild; 2, medium; 3, hot; 4 authentic Thai; 5 volcanic); however, a few of our specialty dishes cannot be made mild. We can always add more spices, but we can’t take them out, so order with caution.
