The wine list is extensive.There is no menu. Your waiter (in suit and tie) recites a list of salads and appetizers. When you are ready to order your main course, he brings out a silver tray holding the evening’s available meats and fishes, and informs you of the methods of preparation available. Then, he discusses a long list of (à la carte) side dishes from which to choose.
