Clearwater Lake is a beautiful, clear water lake in the Ozark foothills, 12 miles east of Ellington. The lake is fed by the Black River. Visitors can boat, ski, swim and fish.
Webb Creek Recreation Area is a quiet campground on the bank of Clearwater Lake. The campground faces east and views of the lake area are spectacular, especially at sunrise. Camp reservations are not taken. Webb Creek has the reputation of being the quiet side of the lake. The campground offers electric, water, hot showers, a playground, beach and a marina.
Webb Creek Marina has gas, boat rentals and other supplies, available for visitors and guests.
Directions: From Ellington, take Route 21 south; left onto Route H; continue on H until you reach Clearwater Lake. The campground is open year-round.
