Morning

A. Kansas City Zoo

Enjoy more than 1,100 animals at one of the top zoos in the United States. The zoo boasts some of the country's best African, kangaroo and chimp exhibits.

Afternoon

A. Fritz’s Railroad Restaurant – Crown Center

Fritz's is famous for old fashioned hamburgers, made with 100% choice ground beef, always cooked to order.

Order your food using a telephone on your table; your order is delivered to your table by an overhead train.

B. Legoland Discovery Center

One step inside the 30,000-square-foot Legoland Discovery Center and you'll feel as though you've just jumped into the world's biggest box of Lego bricks – more than two million.

Legoland offers a fun, highly interactive and educational 2-3 hour indoor experience, ideal for families with children ages 3-10. Legoland provide a range of interactive play areas. Look through our website for details.

Tickets: $19 ~ ages 3-12, $15 ~ younger than 3, free. Tickets discounted if ordered online.

Combo tickets for Legoland Discovery Center and Sea Life Aquarium are available.

C. Sea Life Kansas City Aquarium

Sea Life Kansas City Aquarium transports you into an amazing underwater world. Come nose to nose with sharks and prepare for astonishingly close views of everything from humble starfish and seahorses to graceful rays.

A. The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures

Located in an historic mansion built in 1911, the Toy and Miniature Museum of Kansas City boasts of 38 rooms for exploration with the largest collection of nostalgic toys, fine-scale miniatures and marbles in the Midwest.

B. The Coterie Theatre

Named "One of the Five Best Theaters for Young Audiences" in the U.S. by TIME magazine. Providing unique experiences for families and young audiences, the Coterie Theatre is nationally recognized for its exceptional programming.The Coterie's season runs year-round, offering a Family Series and Preteen/Teen Series of productions at the theatre's main stage in the Crown Center complex. Its "Coterie at Night" productions, which are intended for teens and adults, are performed at various venues.The theatre is housed on level one in Hallmark's Crown Center shops.
