Join the Harry S Truman Birthplace State Historic Site and the Barton County Chamber of Commerce for Truman Day. This annual event celebrates the birth of Missouri’s only president, President Harry S Truman. The historic site is celebrating its 65th anniversary. The event will include a Truman impersonator, musical entertainment, WWI and WWII reenactors, 1880 demonstrations, vendors, kids’ games, a baby show and a dog show. The event is held outdoors, around the historic site property. Event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
