This event covers topics such as dry-cured vs. wet-cured, and different flavors of bacon (jalapeno, apple-wood smoked, Bourbon pepper, Mexican-style and more).
This event is by reservation only. Class begins at 7 p.m. and will last approximately 2-2.5 hours. Tickets are $99 and include a wurst meal with one free drink, a Wurst Haus goody bag, 10% off in-store purchases made that day (excludes liquor and any in-store specials), and roughly 2-3 pounds of bacon (made in class).
