David Jerome, author of “Bill Virdon – A Life in Baseball,” will give a presentation which is free and open to the public. The discussion will be about his book and the life and career of baseball great Bill Virdon who lived in West Plains before he began his professional baseball career with a bang as National League Rookie of the Year with the St. Louis Cardinals in 1955.
