Weston Bend State Park offers activities and amenities for a wide variety of visitors. Its location along the forested Missouri River corridor makes it a great place for bird-watching, especially during spring and fall migrations, and its accessible scenic overlook offers the most expansive views of the Missouri River in the state. Meanwhile, the park’s historic tobacco barn features an interpretive display describing the local tobacco industry, and a 1.75-acre dog park allows four-legged guests to stretch their legs.
The park also features also some of the more standard facilities: campsites, picnic shelters, and hiking and biking trails.
Weston Bend State Park is located 3 miles south of Weston in Platte County.
