Missouri River Wine Trail
The five wineries on The Missouri River Wine Trail have one thing in common; a fine selection of Missouri wines. Four of the locations have an on-site restaurant offering a menu that goes beyond snacks and sandwiches. The member wineries of this trail schedule special wine and food events, live music and other activities through spring, summer and fall. Experience guided winery tours and special tastings at some of the best Midwest wineries in Missouri. Please note: It is against Missouri law to carry any outside beverages of any kind onto a winery’s property – leave your beer, wine (from other sources), soda and other beverages in the car.

Les Bourgeois Winery's Blufftop Bistro Restaurant

Enjoy spectacular, bluff-top views every season. Les Bourgeois Winery is one of Missouri’s best Midwest wineries. Their bistro restaurant offers a full menu of provincial fare for lunch and supper, including signature house-smoked meats, fresh seafood, hearty pastas and the sun-ripened produce from their garden. Sample their wines at the tasting bar and order them by the glass and bottle in the restaurant. (The winery’s outdoor 'A-Frame' wine garden is adjacent.)

Les Bourgeois Winery A-Frame

Known for its spectacular view of the Missouri River valley, this terraced, bluff-top wine garden is a favorite retreat for picnickers. Inside the A-Frame, there is wine tasting and sales, plus a menu of snack foods. All seating is outdoors. You are welcome to take a picnic basket (no 'fast-food'). The Les Bourgeois Bistro Restaurant is adjacent.

Yates House Bed and Breakfast

Offering six guestrooms with private baths. Amenities include: patio gardens; indoor common areas; guest laundry; Wi-Fi; indoor, locked bicycle parking. There is a cooking school on-site. Special lodging/cooking class packages are available.

Serenity Valley Winery

Serenity Valley Winery offers customers several options to experience wine in a fun new way. There is a relaxing indoor venue and a lakeside terrace to enjoy a glass of wine and an appetizer. Free tasting is always available. At Serenity Valley, you can create your own wine; they teach you how. Several varieties of grape and fruit juice are available. When completed (it’s not a single day process), you have 25-30 bottles from this Midwest winery; you can even create your own labels.

Bushwhacker Bend Winery

Bushwhacker Bend Winery is situated on the banks of the Missouri River. Enjoy a glass of wine and a snack indoors and on the tranquil, river-view deck. Cheese and other snacks are available; also, you may take your own picnic. This Midwest winery is a great place to relax and unwind.

Cooper's Oak Winery – Higbee

The Cooper's Oak Winery is located in the gently rolling hills of north Missouri, 10 miles south of Moberly. We are on the premises of A & K Cooperage, manufacturer of fine American and French oak barrels.

In addition to our standard wine selection, we produce several sweet wines and icewines. Cheese and picnic basket are available.
