Ragtag Cinema is a not-for-profit arthouse cinema. We screen thought-provoking, educational, and innovative films.

We also have stellar roommates in the Hittsville building where we live. Uprise Bakery—serving delicious and healthful sandwiches, pastries, salads, soups, and of course breads, (and a full bar), and Hitt Records–Columbia’s only independent, locally-owned record store.

Of course you can take your food and beverages from Uprise into the theaters. After all, as Berthold Brecht said, “A theater without beer is just a museum.”

Tickets are $10 for adults; $8 for seniors 65 and older, children age 12 and younger, and matinees before 5 p.m. Member tickets are $6.
