Edwards Mill is a working grist mill powered by a 12-foot water wheel. Although the mill was built in 1972, it was constructed using timber harvested from older Missouri mills. Students from College of the Ozarks grind whole-grain meal and flour, which may be purchased on site. The Mill's houses a weaving studio, where students design and produce rugs, shawls and placemats on traditional looms and hand weave baskets; all are available for purchase. The basement holds an exhibit of antique milling equipment.
