Columbia Native Plant Sale – Bradford Research Center

The Missouri Prairie Foundation will hold a native plant sale on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at the at the MU Bradford Research Center, 4968 S. Rangeline Rd., Columbia, MO 65201 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Note: New Haven Road is currently closed for a short stretch just east of U.S. 63, between the northbound off-ramp and S Warren Drive/MU South Farm. Please plan to take an alternate route to Bradford Research Farm.

Native plants beautify landscapes and help support songbirds and other cherished wildlife. A wide variety of native wildflowers, grasses, shrubs, trees, vines and sedges from Grow Native! professional members will be available for purchase at this sale. Some vendors accept cash, check or credit cards; some only cash or checks.

Vendors: Gaylena’s Garden, Grindstone Wildflowers, Hawthorn Chapter of MONPS, Missouri Wildflowers Nursery, Ozark Soul, and Prairie Hill Farm.

Shoppers can stroll through the sale and purchase plants from each vendor; each vendor must be paid separately. “Early birds” who arrive prior to 10 a.m. will be asked to wait until the advertised start time to begin browsing product selections and making purchases.

Shoppers can also pre-order plants and have their orders ready for pick up at the event. When placing your pre-orders, please include your phone number and note that the order is for the MU Bradford Research Center sale on April 11. Visit our webpage for more information.
