The Bank Haus is the historic Marthasville Bank building, with two original vaults, converted to a four-bedroom house for guests and sleeps up to 10 people. The Katy Trail is right across the street, and there are several wedding venues and wineries within a few minutes drive (or bike). It is wheelchair accessible, has a private hot tub and is dog-friendly.
The Katy Haus is next to the Bank Haus in Marthasville and is a large one-bedroom house with an open-floor plan and amazing shower. It is a great little house to enjoy while exploring the Katy Trail and local wineries. It is also wheelchair accessible, has a private hot tub, is dog-friendly and sleeps up to four people.
In late November, the Katy Haus becomes the Christmas Cottage as it is decked out Hallmark style with Christmas decor both inside and outside.
Washington
The Aussie Cottage is a historical painted white brick home a few blocks from Downtown Washington, MO. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the 2-story home sleeps up to 12 people and is dog-friendly. The extra large backyard is fenced and has a wood burning fire pit and grill.
The Tamm Loft (2 bedrooms) and Tamm Studio are part of the Tamm Building in Downtown Washington, MO. The second story loft is 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. The studio is ground level and sleeps up to 4 people. Walk to all the restaurants, shops, and even the train station and riverfront.
The Bee’s Knees is two of our neighboring homes together — the Mill Haus and the Beekeeper’s Cottage — giving you the exclusive use of the private swimming pool, backyard and a large game room in addition to both houses. Total of seven bedrooms, four full baths, three half baths and sleeps up to 18 people.
The Beekeeper’s Cottage is located inside the historical Locust Street District of downtown Washington. The Beekeeper’s Cottage is rumored to have had Auggie Bush as a frequent visitor when the Cottage first opened as a vacation rental in the 1900s. It has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to six people and has shared access to the backyard swimming pool and hot tub.
The Mill Haus is on the National Register of Historic Places as a part of the Locust Street Historical District. The renovated 1920 historical home is fully updated with modern amenities. The home has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps a total of 10, and has shared access to the backyard swimming pool and hot tub.
Once a one room country schoolhouse, the Pike’s Peak Schoolhouse has been lovingly renovated and is now a fully accessible one bedroom home for guests traveling to the Washington, Missouri area. With a no step entry, wide doorways, and grab bars in the shower, the home is wheelchair accessible. It sleeps up to 4 people and is dog-friendly.
Villa Ridge
The Hound Haus is a true tiny house — it’s an A-frame cottage near Highway 100 and Interstate-44 with a loft bedroom and lovely balcony. A full kitchen and bathroom round out the house. Located next door to the Setter Haus and Fox Haus, it sleeps up to two people, is only 10 minutes to Purina Farms and is dog friendly.
The Setter Haus is a spacious four-bedroom house with an airy kitchen and large deck for a morning cup of coffee. Located next door to the Hound Haus and the Fox Haus, it sleeps up to 10 people, is only 10 minutes to Purina Farms and is dog friendly.
The Fox Haus is a large one-bedroom house with an open floor plan and expansive front porch. With a full kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer set, this house has been popular for staying a few nights to a few weeks. It is neighbor to the Hound Haus and the Setter Haus and sleeps up to four people.
Pacific
The Pacific Bulldogger is a traditional cottage style home with a large fenced backyard, perfect for folks showing dogs at Purina Event Center or families in the area to celebrate a wedding. It sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and is dog-friendly. Less than 15 minutes from Purina Farms, it’s a great location when attending Purina events.
