The Bank Haus is the historic Marthasville Bank building, with two original vaults, converted to a four-bedroom house for guests and sleeps up to 10 people. The Katy Trail is right across the street, and there are several wedding venues and wineries within a few minutes drive (or bike). It is wheelchair accessible and dog friendly.
The Katy Haus is next to the Bank Haus in Marthasville and is a large one-bedroom house with open floor plan and amazing shower. It is a great little house to enjoy while exploring the Katy Trail and local wineries. It is also wheelchair accessible, dog friendly, and sleeps up to four people.
Washington
The Cedar Haus is a six-bedroom three-story beautifully renovated historic home in downtown Washington and regularly hosts friends and families here for events, festivals, weddings, and family reunions. Located a few blocks from the Missouri River and around the corner from the boutique shops and restaurants, the house is the perfect location to explore the WashMo area. Sleeps up to 18 people.
The Garden Flat is the main level of the Cedar Haus with its own entrance and access to the fenced backyard. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to six people.
The Tibbe Flat is the second and third levels of the Cedar Haus with its own entrance and a deck off the kitchen. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 people.
The Bee’s Knees is two of our neighboring homes together — the Mill Haus and the Beekeeper’s Cottage — giving you the exclusive use of the private swimming pool, backyard, and large game room in addition to both houses. Total of seven bedrooms, four full baths, three half baths, and sleeps up to 18 people.
The Beekeeper’s Cottage is located inside the historical Locust Street District of Downtown Washington, Missouri, the Beekeeper’s Cottage is rumored to have had Auggie Bush as a frequent visitor when the Cottage first opened as a vacation rental in the 1900s. It has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to six people, and has shared access to the backyard swimming pool and hot tub.
The Mill Haus is on the National Register of Historic Places as a part of the Locust Street Historical District, the renovated 1920 historical home is fully updated with modern amenities. With four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps a total of 10, and has shared access to the backyard swimming pool and hot tub.
Villa Ridge
The Hound Haus is a true tiny house A-frame cottage near Hwy. 100 and I-44 with a loft bedroom and lovely balcony. Full kitchen and bathroom round out the house. Located next door to the Setter Haus and Fox Haus, it sleeps up to two people, only 10 minutes to Purina Farms, and is dog friendly.
The Setter Haus is a spacious four-bedroom house with an airy kitchen and large deck for the morning cup of coffee. Located next door to the Hound Haus and the Fox Haus, it sleeps up to 10 people, only 10 minutes to Purina Farms, and is dog friendly.
The Fox Haus is a large one-bedroom house with open floor plan and expansive front porch. With full kitchen, bathroom, and a washer/dryer set, this house has been popular for stays of a few nights to a few weeks. It is neighbor to the Hound Haus and the Setter Haus and sleeps up to four people.
