18 Guests / seven Bedroom / five Full Bathrooms
Our Barndo is 3,600 sq ft, two-story and can accommodate 18 guests with the option of an additional four on our pullout couches to sleep 22 guests total. There are seven bedrooms (five private rooms with King beds, and two rooms with two Queen beds in each) and five full bathrooms (four with stand-in showers and two with a tub/shower). A large entertainment area with a full kitchen, dining, and TV. Another kitchen on the main level, as well as individual kitchenettes and/or coffee stations in each suite.
Space:
Enjoy the large double back deck facing the woods and all-weather creek, great for private entertainment or relaxing while watching the wildlife. A one-acre large backyard awaits your desire to play outdoor games, dine and grill, or light the firepit on a cool evening. Enjoy the country setting right within city limits!
Access:
There are plenty of off-street private parking for up to 8 vehicles; park your car for the weekend and let the local transportation service pick you up and drop off right in the driveway! There are also sidewalks available from the property to the parks (within .3 miles) and downtown areas (1 mile); nighttime transportation is available from a local taxi service associate.
House Rules:
GENERAL:
– Early check-in without prior approval will result in an additional fee.
– NO Smoking inside at any time ($100 fine).
– Quiet Hours are from 11 PM – 7 AM.
– NO taping or gluing allowed to any walls or trim ($100 fine); NO confetti or glitter permitted.
– Excess messes left upon checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.
– Firepit / Gas Grill cannot be left unattended at any time; please ensure it is completely out prior to departing for the evening. Propane and 1 bundle of wood is provided per stay; additional bundles may be purchased for $5.00/each.
– No events allowed and only paying guests are allowed to visit or stay, unless there is prior approval.
– Pets must always remain on a leash outside of your designated suite. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time unless confined to a kennel.
CHECKOUT:
– Late Checkout is allowed with prior approval and $50.00 fee.
– Please ensure all lights are off, appliances unplugged, and any windows you’ve opened are shut and locked.
– Please take ALL trash bags to the large dumpster at the corner of the driveway.
