We are located at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. This is a privately owned, one-bedroom lakefront condos (two available). Nestled at the end of State Route KK in Osage Beach and the 23 Mile-Marker by water. These condos are nicely equipped. Each has new living room furniture, one has an electric fireplace. The bedroom in each unit has a queen-size bed and an air mattress is available for extras. Cable TV, iPod dock and Wi-Fi. The decks overlook the lake and each has a patio table and chairs and a gas grill.Tennis court and playground. Pool overlooks the the lake. Boat ramp on property. Boat slip available. Laundry facilities.We rent nightly with a two-night minimum, three-nights for holiday weekends. We also have weekly rental rates and by the month December, January and February.
