Campground information:
This newly renovated campground features basic, electric, and sewer/electric/water campsites. There is a dump station on-site, and showers are available mid-April through October.
Reservations: 877-422-6766 and online. A $2 per night camping discount is available year-round for senior citizens (65 years and older), people with disabilities, current and former military personnel, and family members of active-duty military personnel. About the park:
Located along a large oxbow lake in the Missouri River flood plain, this is an excellent place for fishing, boating and birding. Picnic sites and premium camper cabins are available. The park is 11 miles southwest of Mound City on Route 111.
