Main campgrounds:
Five campgrounds are scattered throughout the northern part of the park. Services include sewer and electric hookups, a dump station, showers, and laundry. See the website for information about dates and locations of these services. Reservations are available online or by calling 877-422-6766 daily 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Missouri State Parks gift cards are accepted.
A $2 per night camping discount is available year-round for senior citizens (65 years and older), people with disabilities, current and former military personnel, and family members of active-duty military personnel. Proper identification is required to receive these discounts. Visit our camping rates page for more information.
Special-use camping area:
A special-use camping area, located between campgrounds 2 and 3, is available from mid-April through October. It is designated for group camping, with nonprofit organizations and youth groups having priority. The rate is $2 per person, per night. Reservations are available by calling the park at 417-532-4338. This area is open for tent camping only.
