Battle of Athens State Historic Site Campground

The site offers basic and electric campsites; water is available in the campground mid-April through October. Showers are available at the site's picnic shelter, approximately 1 mile from the campground. Enjoy picnicking, hiking, fishing, boating and historic site tours.

At this site, Union troops defeated the pro-south Missouri State Guard in 1861.

Campsites available on a first come, first served basis.
