This event covers topics such as cold smoked vs. hot smoked, natural fermentation vs. artificial fermentation, natural casings vs. collagen casings, and much more. Many of you only make sausage once or twice a year; if it doesn’t turn out right, it takes months to try it again. With Wurstmeister Mike’s expertise, this class will help cut your mistakes and save you years of trial and error. This event is by reservation only.
The class will begin at 7 p.m. and last approximately 2- 2.5 hours. Tickets are $99 and include a wurst meal with one free drink, a Wurst Haus goody bag, 10% off in-store purchases made that day (excludes liquor and any in-store specials) and roughly 2-3 pounds of sausage (made in class).
