The Azalea Festival in Fredericktown, Missouri, is a beloved annual tradition held the first full weekend in May at Azalea Park. This vibrant community event offers something for everyone, including a carnival with rides, arts and crafts booths, live music, food vendors, a car show, truck and tractor pull, pet show, and Sunday parade.

Organized by a volunteer board, the festival not only brings the community together, but it also supports local parks and improvement projects. With over 60 years of history, the Azalea Festival remains a highlight of spring in Madison County.
