Book a room at this historic Georgian Revival mansion featured in the National Geographic Guide to America’s Great Houses — built on 10-acres atop a limestone bluff, with spectacular views overlooking the Mississippi River Valley and the historic town of Hannibal. Built between 1898 and 1900 by lumber baron John J. Cruikshank, Jr., the property is furnished with many original antiques, lighting fixtures, etc.
The Bed and Breakfast includes:
- Selection of seven (7) luxurious and historically decorated guest rooms/suites (only four of which are let at a time), all with original private bath
- Check-in no earlier than 10:00 a.m.; Check-out no later than 10:00 a.m.
- Guided tour of the Mansion included with all overnight stays (directly following check-in at 4:00 p.m.)
- Complementary Wine and Cheese Reception between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.
- Coffee & Tea available as early as 7:30 a.m. in the Historic Kitchen
- Full three-course breakfast serviced in the Formal Dining Room at 8:30 a.m.

Guided tours are also available daily from 10 a.m., running continuously all day, with the last tour beginning at 4 p.m.
