Lazy Day Campground is family owned and operated, situated in a serene, natural setting far from the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently located 1.5 miles from I-70 between St. Louis and Columbia (with Kansas City just a little further to the west). We are the perfect destination for a quiet, relaxing weekend or that much needed rest from the long traveling roads.
Our sites are roomy with level gravel pads. So, whether you have a moderate size pull-behind or a 45-foot motor home, we can accommodate you! A majority of our sites are pull-through, and we’re more than happy to assist you to your site upon arrival!
Recreational Activities:
🌠💫 Because we’re in the middle of nowhere, we have some of the best nighttime stargazing views. Simply spectacular! You can’t experience this view of the Milky Way near any larger populated areas!
🎣 Our catch-and-release fishing pond and well-stocked, 3-acre lake will entertain the fisherman for many hours.
🐦🥾🚶♂️Bird watchers and hiking enthusiasts will enjoy exploring our beautiful property.
Additional Activities: A large swimming pool, Saturday Night Movie Night (seasonal and weather permitting) — or just — nothing! No need for stress.

- If all fails, just make sure you take Exit 170 from Interstate 70.
