Since 1916 there has been no change in the way pigs are raised on Todd Geisert Farm, east of Washington, Missouri.
Pigs are farrowed in "A" frame houses in the fields. Tending to the herds is still done by hand. Several generations can be found out in the field sorting and feeding the pigs, just as it was done over 95 years ago.
We have a farmers' market with fresh seasonal produce and many pumpkins for fall decorations. We also offer farm-to-table dinners and schedule group tours.
