Team Central provides certified gymnastics instruction in a 22,000-square-foot facility with state-of-the-art equipment. We provide programs for ages 18 months to adult. Also, we provide instruction for children with developmental delays and physical challenges.We host a special Kids Night Out program, for those ages 3-12, on the first Saturday of each month, from 6 p.m.-10 p.m. The cost is $18 and $15 per additional sibling if reserved by the Thursday before the event.We host open gym every Saturday from noon-1 p.m for children in first grade and above. Open gym is available to children aged three-years to kindergarten the last Saturday of the month. The fee is $5. Reservations are not required to attend open gym.Day camps for 5-12 year-olds are offered year-round from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. daily when school is closed; based on availability.Team Central is available to host birthday parties and other special events.We will host a large women’s gymnastic meet at Americas Center Feb. 21-23. The 2014 St. Louis Classic, sponsored by Gateway Honda Dealers, is expected to feature 1,100 female gymnasts from across the country.
