St. James Winery, which opened in 1970, is Missouri’s largest and most awarded wine producer.Visitors enjoy complimentary wine tastings, with more than 40 wines and juices to choose from. Wine cellar tours are offered hourly on Saturday and Sunday, and on other days by reservation.Our gift shop features our wines, gourmet foods, stemware, and wine accessories. Picnic tables are available under the grape arbor in front of the winery.The Gardens at St. James is a beautifully landscaped outdoor space right next to the winery, featuring a huge fire pit and seating areas, making it the perfect place to gather and relax. Try the bocce courts, life-sized chess board or other lawn games. Enjoy wood-fired pizzas, wine by the glass or bottle, wine slushies, hard cider, beer and the full Public House Brewing Company menu. The Gardens is open spring through fall.St. James Winery is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
