The food is sure to impress as the culinary team showcases their talent in Rosso. Hired as a dynamic duo are Executive Chef, Brian Archibald and Thomas Gagliardi. Archibald is an industry veteran who studied at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and has worked at New York’s four-star restaurant, Daniel, the famed AAA Five-Diamond Phoenician Resort in Phoenix, and most recently at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel. Coupling with Archibald’s experience is Corporate Chef, Thomas Gagliardi whose past experience includes working at AAA Five Diamond properties such as the Bellagio Resort Hotel and Casino and the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa and opening two five-star hotels in Dubai.
