PW Pizza, which gets its name from its creators, Paul and Wendy, focuses on fresh seasonal ingredients prepared and served in a unique creative atmosphere. The menu consists of pizzas, calzones, appetizers, salads, soups, and desserts. PW Pizza sources cheeses and cured meats locally and grows much of the produced used in their own urban farm and hydroponic greenhouse. In addition to the classic pizza varieties, the menu includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. In keeping with the original beer brewing history of the building, which produced malt for what was the Schnaider Brewery, the walls are attractively decorated with hand-painted murals of historic St. Louis beer labels.
